Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
We accept returns for refund or exchanges 30 days past the purchase date. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your book(s) must be unused and in the same condition received.
All orders placed by individuals (not wholesalers or retailers) are handled by Amazon.com. Their customer service far outweighs ours -- you will find their handling of returns simple and straightforward.
To initiate a return or exchange please visit Amazon.com’s Return Center. Once your return has been received and inspected by Amazon.com, your refund or exchange will be processed assuming all is well with the book condition, etc. For returns, a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Find out more about specific Amazon.com policies.
Depending on the reason for your return, and the condition of returned goods, Amazon.com may give you a partial refund. For instance, you will be liable for return shipping costs for normal returns. Exchanges for damaged or defective books will not incur return shipping costs. You can find more information on refund amounts here.
Wholesale orders by retailers and distributors are handled internally by Ebner and Sons Publishers. Wholesalers, retailers, and distributors, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a return or exchange for damaged or defective books.
