The Annual Conference on the Physics, Chemistry, and Biology of Water is moving from Vermont to Bulgaria. We organized this set of meetings almost a decade ago with the good graces and financial underpinning of the Vermont Photonics Company. The meetings have been hugely successful — emphasizing new, often eye-popping findings from prominent scientists and young scientists worldwide. Nobel laureates have been attracted to these friendly, informal meetings.

Logistical issues have made it necessary to change venue. We selected Bulgaria because of its natural beauty, excellent support offer, and fame for its natural healing waters.
